摘  要:用生长调节剂处理 5年生江西吉安种源马尾松插穗 ,发现先用 S3 3 0 7后用 IBA无效 ,先用IBA后用 S3 3 0 7使扦插成活率成倍提高 ,首次以木本植物为材料佐证了植物生长调节剂的阶段性促根作用理论 .单独使用时 ,IBA最适浓度为 2 0 0 mg·L-1,S3 3 0 7最适浓度为 1 0 0 mg·L-1.最佳处理为自制的复配调节剂 M1和 M2 ,M1和 M2 通过提高插穗内源 IAA,降低 i PA、ABA和GA1+3 和内源抑制物——黄酮类 MI3 、 MI5、 MI6,减弱 IAAO活性 ,使插穗生根率由对照的 3 4 %提高到 90 %和 84% ,侧根数、不定根数、最长不定根长和根总长等 4个生根性状显著增强 。Root inducing treatments was used in cuttings from five years old ortets of Pinus massoniana Lamb from Ji′an in Jiangxi Province First S 3307 later IBA treatments had no effect on raising root rate The fittest concentration of IBA was 200 mg·L -1 and S 3307 was 100 mg·L -1 Of all the treatments, regulators M 1 and M 2, compounded by the author, were the best They could raise the level of endogenous IAA,lower the levels of iPA、 ABA、GA 1+3 and root inhibitors (MI 3, MI 5 and MI 6, they were all flavoniods), and also weaden the activity of IAA oxidase (IAAO) As a result, the root rate was raised from 34 percent (CK) up to 90 and 84 percent respectively And the sum of adventitious root and branch root, the length of the longest root and the total length of the roots, were notabely raised Therefore, strong stecklings of Pinus massoniana Lamb could be raised
