摘 要:目的识别某化工品仓储项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,预测其危害程度,找出职业病危害的关键控制点。方法通过经验法、类比分析法进行评价。结果该建设项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有化学毒物、噪声和高温等,类比工程各种职业病危害因素的检测结果分别为:噪声强度为42.5~88.2dB(A),8h等效连续A声级均低于职业接触限值;作业场所生产性热源的综合温度(WBGT指数)除了控制室均为高温作业点,化学毒物甲醇、二甲苯、总烃部分作业点短时间接触浓度超过国家职业接触限值,主要分布在装车台装车位、装车鹤管处和罐顶取样岗位。结论某化工品仓储项目职业病危害因素比较复杂,其中主要危害因素是化学毒物,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。Objective To identify occupational hazards and predict occupational hazard for a chemicals warehousing pro- ject, find the key control points. Methods The analogy analysis method and the experienced method were applied for identifying occupational hazards. Results The main occupational hazards that existed in the chemicals warehousing project were chemical poisons, noise and high temperature. The results of analogy projects showed that the noise intensities were 42. 5 -88. 2 dB(A) , eight hours of equivalent continuous A levels were below the occupational exposure limits; The inte- grated temperature of productive heat sources in the workplaces ( WBGT index) were all high temperature operating points except the control room. The short term exposure limit concentrations of methyl alcohol, xylene and total hydrocarbon in some parts of the operating points were over those of the occupational exposure limits, distributing mainly in posts like the loading platform, loading arm and tank deck sampling. Conclusion The occupational hazards are complex, and the most important ones are chemical poisons. Some measures should be strengthened in the key control points where occupational hazards exist.
