摘 要:目的寻求适合O139群霍乱疫情的病原学检测方法,以便为O139群霍乱疫情的防控提供及时可靠的科学依据。方法用实时荧光定量PCR仪进行O139群霍乱弧菌的核酸检测、常规分离培养、O139群霍乱弧菌快速检测(胶体金法)。结果 O139群霍乱弧菌的核酸检测阳性结果9份,且从这9份标本中分离到阳性菌株9株,有7份试样第一次增菌液胶体金法呈阳性反应,2份试样经过第二次增菌后胶体金法才呈阳性反应。结论实时荧光定量PCR法和胶体金法作为辅助检测O139群霍乱弧菌的方法,可以较快得到初步结果,将两种方法与传统的分离培养鉴定相结合,可以保证结果的及时性和准确性。Objective To explore the detection method for group O139 vibrio cholera, to provide reliable scientific basis for the prevention and control of group O139 vibrio cholera. Methods Real - time fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect nucleic acid of the group O139 vibrio cholera, and colloidal gold method was used to rapidly detect the group O139vibrio cholera. Results Nine samples were positive in the nucleic acid detection of the group O139 vibrio cholera, of which 7 sam- pies presented positive in colloidal gold method for the first time enrichment cultivation, 2 positive responses were turned out after the second enrichment cultivation. Conclusion As auxiliary testing methods of the group O139 vibrio cholera, real -time fluorescent quantitative PCR method and colloidal gold method combining with the traditional separation culture identification method could ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the results.
