摘　　要：目的探索雷公藤甲素制剂对达乌尔黄鼠的防治效果,为草原黄鼠防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用现场试验,对比观察试验区与对照区鼠密度、雄鼠睾丸下降情况、雌鼠怀胎率、胎鼠数指标差异,判断雷公藤甲素制剂的防治效果。结果雷公藤甲素试验区鼠密度下降23.62%、雄鼠睾丸下降率降低62.5%、雌体怀胎下降71.32%,平均胎仔数下降86.2%。结论雷公藤甲素制剂具有较好的杀灭作用和抗生育双重作用。Objective To study the effects of triptolide baits against Citellus dauricns and provide scientific evidence for rat control in grasslands. Methods Comparing the difference between treated area and untreated area in the densities,the male testicular fall,the rate of female procreation and litter size. Results In the experiment area,the density of CiteUus dauricus, the rate of male testicular fall, the male testicular fall, the rate of female procreation and litter size declined by 25.62% ,62.5% ,71.32% and 86.2% respectively. Conclusion The triptolide baits dis- play good effect in killing and anti-oregnant against Citellus dauricus.
