摘 要:目的观察吡虫啉灭蟑胶饵对医院住院部蟑螂防治效果。方法采取粘捕法对医院住院部病房进行蟑螂密度监测,采取吡虫啉灭蟑胶饵开展现场灭蟑。结果住院部共计调查46个房间,侵害率为82.6%,施药前阳性房间平均密度指数为7.4只/(张·夜),捕获蟑螂种类均为德国小蠊。采用灭蟑胶饵后,第1、3、5、7、30天的密度下降率分别为91.5%、98.7%、99.8%、100%和99.5%。结论 2.5%吡虫啉灭蟑胶饵对蟑螂控制效果显著,并有一定持续期,可以用于医院住院部的蟑螂防治工作。Objective To observe the efficacy of imidacloprid bait against cockroach in an inpatient department. Methods Sticky trap method was employed for density monitoring. Cockroaches were controlled by 2.5% imidaclo- prid bait. Results Fourty six inpatient department rooms were investigated, and the infestation rate was 82.6%. Tile average density of cockroaches was 7.4 pieces per paper per night before pesticide application. All captured cock- roaches were Blattella germanica. The density decreased by 91.5% ,98.7% ,99.8% , 100% and 99.5% in the 1st, 3rd,5th,Tth and 30th days after pesticide application. Conclusion The study shows that the cockroaches can be controlled well by 2.5% imidacloprid bait, it can be the effective way to control the cockroaches for inpatient department.
