摘　　要：人工全髋关节置换是解除髋关节疾病患者病痛、纠正畸形、恢复髋关节功能、提高患者生活质量的有效方法。全髋关节置换术疗效除与手术技术、患者身体状态相关外，合理有效的康复锻炼对于关节功能的恢复也是至关重要的。通过对患者进行围术期早期护理干预以及院外康复功能锻炼指导，患者生活质量及患肢功能得到明显改善。Total hip replacement was the effective method of relieving pain of patients with hip joint disease , correcting deformity , recovering the hip joint function , improving the life quality of patients .The curative effect of total hip replacement was not only related to sur-gical technical , body state of patients , but also reasonable and effective rehabilitation exercise was of greatest importance for the functional rehabilitation of hip .The patients were treated with the early perioperative nursing intervention and guided with habilitation exercise out of hospital, then the life quality and limb function were all improved .
