心理护理对精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷和认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨健康心理护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法将60例精神分离症患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上加强健康心理护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理后日常生活能力、社会技能、动性和交往等社会功能方面的得分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组护理后在总应答数、完全分类数、错误应答数、选择错误率等认知功能方面与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组的不良反应TESS评分显著低于对照组，护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论健康心理护理可改善精神分裂症患者的社会功能缺陷，提高认知功能，促进患者早日回归社会。Objective To study the application effect of mental health nursing in schizophrenia patients .Methods Totaled of 60 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , the control group was received routine nursing care, and the observation group was strengthened health psychological nursing based on the control group , the nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing daily life ability, social skills, communication and other social function scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .There was statistical significance difference in trials administered , complete classification number , error response number , select error rate in the observation group compared with the con-trol group （ P〈0.05 ） .The adverse reaction of TESS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group , nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Mental health nursing can improve the so-cial function defect of patients with schizophrenia , improve cognitive function , and promote an early return to society.
