摘　　要：In recent years, with the rise of the concept of green, energy conservation has become the one of the themes of social initiatives. And the library, as a natural green cultural institution, no doubt should walk in the forefront of the times. Libraries exist so that people can coown books; the same book can allow different people to read, recycle constantly, which is inherent attribute of green library.
