摘 要:论文呆用目前国内外先进的OLGA动态模拟软件,对金县1-1油田CEPA平台至锦州25—1南CEP平台油气混输管道进行了段塞流模拟分析,分别模拟了油田ODP配产输量工况和油田开采后期油气产量下降工况的管道出口压力、温度,立管底部压力,出口油的质量流量,天然气的质量流量、流型、持液率,累积液体流量,以及管道沿线的流型,油气的质量流量、持液率等随时间的变化。通过分析模拟结果,认为在油田ODP配产输量工况下,管道中没有产生严重段塞流工况;而在油田开采后期,油气产量下降,流速降低,出现了严重的段塞流现象,并将对管道下游设备产生严重影响,需要采取措施控制管道中的严重段塞流。A simulation analysis of slug flow in multiphase transportation pipelines between JXI-ICEPA to Jinzhou 25-1S is conducted in this paper. The advanced dynamic simulation software OLGA is used to simulate the properties of multiphase fluid flow in the pipeline, such as outlet pressure and temperature, bottom pressure of pipe riser, mass flow of oil and natural gas at the exit, flow patterns, liquid holdups, change of accumulated liquid flow with time, etc. The simulated results show that, there is no severe slug flow in ODP operational mode. However, at the later exploration stage of the oil field, with the decrease of production and flow rate, severe slug flow occurs, which will have a serious effect on downstream equipment. Measures should be taken to control severe slug flow subsequently.
