重型海洋工程起重机吊重试验的技术支持及其应用

摘　　要：论文描述了深水铺管起重船“海洋石油201”4000t主起重机吊重试验的技术支持及应用案例，包含船舶压调载方案设计、稳性强度校核、浮态分析、倾斜试验以及实时应力监测等内容，及时评估和有效规避了大型吊重试验的潜在风险，确保大型吊重试验安全顺利完成。这项研究可为类似重型海洋工程起重机吊重试验提供重要的技术参考。Cases of technical assistance for load test of heavy duty offshore vessel ＂HAI YANG SHI YOU 201＂ were presented in this paper, crane on deepwater pipelay crane including ballast calculations and procedure preparations, vessel stability and strength check, vessel floating analysis, inclination test, online stress measurement, etc. During load test of main crane, the potential risk could be evaluated in advance and avoided effectively, so that safe completion of the load test was ensured. This paper would provide an important technical reference for load test of similar heavy duty offshore crane.
