深水铺管起重船张紧器安装及定位技术研究

摘　　要：深水铺管起重船“海洋石油201”是我国首艘DP3级动力定位工程船舶。其主作业线布置有2台张紧能力为200t的张紧器，张紧器的中心线与主作业线的中心线允许偏差最大为2mm。作为铺管核心设备的张紧器的安装和定位精度直接影响张紧器及A／R绞车的调试效果并进而影响铺管作业。论文重点介绍了海洋石油201船张紧器的安装及定位的技术和经验。Deepwater pipelay crane vessel ＂HA1 YANG SHI YOU 201＂ is the first DP-3 class of deepwater construction vessel in China. There are two tensioners with a maximum of 200 tons of constant tension in the main firing line on the main deck, and both tensioners have same parameters. The maximum allowable installation deviation between center line of the tensioner and main firing line is 2ram. As the tensioners are the critical equipment for pipelayer, the installation accuracy of tensioners will directly affect the commissioning and future pipelay operation of both tensioners and A/R winch. This paper summarizes the installation and alignment technique for the tensioners on ＂HAl YANG SHI YOU 201＂.
