摘　　要：冬季海冰一直是影响辽东湾海域海上石油平台安全的重要隐患，预防海冰、降低海冰危害是该区域石油生产的头等大事。由于海冰对海上油气生产设施的危害严重，各种监测设备不断出现，大大提高了海冰监测水平。在实现实时监测的基础上，通过对冰期破冰船舶的协调和管理，可有效降低海冰风险，提高应对水平。Sea ice is one of the most vitally hidden dangers in winter for the safety of offshore oil platforms in Liaodong bay. To protect offshore oil platforms from sea ice and eliminate damages is most important for the safety of production. Various kinds of monitor devices are applied to improve the ability in monitoring sea ice significantly. With proper management of different ice-breakers and the use of on-line monitor system, risk from the sea ice can be eliminated and response ability can be improved.
