摘  要:界面管理是工程建设项目中一个重要部分,界面划分的合理性、界面管理的及时性以及有效性,对于推进项目的执行有着非常重要的意义。番禺35.2/1项目是典型的采用水下生产系统回接方式开发的海上气田项目,项目执行过程中,一直将界面管理作为整个项目管理的重点之一。论文总结了番禺35—2/1项目执行过程中的界面管理经验,在分析了水下各工作包关键设备的设计、制造与安装的界面细节、界面特点及对项目管理上的要求和挑战基础上,提出并阐述了项目组所采用的应对方法,以及在应用于实际操作中的经验与教训。实践检验证明了该方法是可行有效的,在此基础上还归纳总结了水下项目界面问题发展阶段的共性及相应处理方法;该方法可推广到其它类似的界面管理中应用,提高界面管理的效率,对其它水下项目具有一定的借鉴意义。Interface management is an important aspect in construction project. Effective interface partition and efficient interface management are essential for project execution. Panyu35-2/1 Project is a typical subsea tie-back gas field project, and interface management has been one of the primary focuses of this project. This paper is to share the knowledge and experience gained in interface management in Panyu 35-2/1 project. First, the interface between design, fabrication and installation of different subsea equipment packages is analyzed. Technical details and characteristics of the interface are explained with consideration of project requirement and challenges. Second, interface management methods and tactics used in Panyu 35-2/1 project are illustrated. Some of them have yielded good results, recommendations to future similar projects are made. It but others are lessons learnt. Last, some general is found that some characteristics are genetic to interface management, and will evolve in different stages of project progress Understanding these characteristics would greatly improve interface management and reduce management risks.
