深水铺管起重船主起重机电气系统的应用与分析

摘　　要：深水铺管起重船“海洋石油201”是具备3000m级深水铺管能力、4000t级重型起重能力和DP3级动力定位能力的深水工程船。论文对主起重机的电气系统、电气驱动系统、控制系统以及LMS（负荷监控）系统的配置和应用进行了详细的介绍，对各系统的应用原理和效果进行了分析，可以为同类海上重型起重机中电气系统的配置和设计提供参考。Deepwater Pipelay Crane Vessel ＂HAI YANG SHI YOU 201＂ pipelaying up to 3000 meters, 4000 tons heavy lifting and DP3 dynamic has the capability of deepwater positioning. The vessel is detailed designed and constructed in China. This paper introduces the configuration of main crane electrical system, electric drive system, control system and the LMS （load monitoring system） in detail, and analyzes their application principles and effects. That will provide a technical reference of electrical system configuration and design for similar heavy duty offshore crane.
