摘  要:油田火筒加热炉密集大开孔封头的设计计算 ,因没有相应的强度计算标准在一定程度上限制了我国油田火筒加热炉技术的发展 .采用电阻应变测量技术 ,对新型火筒加热炉大开孔封头进行了应力应变试验研究 ,得到了封头的应变和应力分布规律 ,给出了大开孔封头允许的工作压力 .试验结果表明 ,大孔边缘圆周处应力应变较大 ,十字筋板对封头有一定加强作用 .Present the experimental research carried out on strain and stress by applying the resistance strain surveying technique to the big hole sealed heads in the new fire tube heating boilers with the laws of strain and stress distribution obtained and allowable working pressure given because there is no applicable standards or specification for calculating the strength of crude oil heating boiler heads perforated by densely distributed big holes, which, to a certain extent, hampered the further development of crude oil heating boilers in China, and concludes from experimental results that strain and the stress of circumference are fairly large near the edge of big hole, and the cross ribs enhance strength of sealed head to a certain degree.
