摘　　要：生态环境建设与保护是西部大开发中一个带根本性的问题。从这一角度出发，分析了当前西部企业开展环境管理的必要性以及存在的有关问题，并结合实际，对西部企业实施环境管理、促进区域经济的可持续发展提出了相应的建议。The construction and protection of ecological en vironment is a fundamental problem in the development of the.Starting with this point,this paper analyses the necessity of conducting environment management in the enterprises in the West and some existing problems.Besides,combining practic e,this paper also puts forward corresponding suggestions about the implementatio n of environment management in Western enterprises and the promotion of sustaina ble develoment of regional economy.
