摘 要:在LiNbO3中掺进Fe2 O3生长了Fe :LiNbO3晶体 ,并对晶体进行氧化、还原处理。利用二波耦合的方法 ,测试了不同氧化还原处理的Fe :LiNbO3,晶体的指数增益系数、衍射效率及响应时间。测试了三种不同处理晶体热固定后的显影效率 ,记录了全息先栅的记录、热补偿及离子衰减过程。LiNbO 3 was doped with Fe 2O 3 to grow Fe:LiNbO 3 crystals, and the oxidation and reduction treatments were made on the crystals. The exponential gain coefficient, the diffraction efficiency, and the response time were measured in the crystals by two wave coupling technique. The thermal fixing experiments were also done. The developing efficiencies were measured and the life history of holograms were recorded in the three kinds of crystals. The differences on the photorefractive properties and the thermal fixing effects among the crystals were founded, and the experimental results were analyzed.
