音乐电疗对改善疗养护航官兵心理健康的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨音乐电疗方法对疗养护航官兵精神状况和应激状态的改善效果.方法 将88名参加索马里护航归来在我院疗养的官兵分为2组,其中43人为实验组,45人为对照组.实验组采用我院自行研制的“康健音乐电疗仪”进行治疗,每日1次,每次30 min,10次为1个疗程.对照组只进行常规疗养.疗程前后均采用心理健康自评量表（SCL-90）、抑郁自测量表（SDS）及认知情绪调节问卷（CERQ）进行测评,重点观察精神状况和应激状态的相关指标.结果 88人均按计划完成疗养.心理测试结果显示,实验组治疗后心理健康状况显著改善,与对照组比较,SCL-90量表中除敌对、精神病性2个因子外,其余11个因子得分均显著降低（P＜0.05）;SDS得分显著降低（P＜0.01）;CERQ得分中灾难化、责备他人、满意度等3个维度得分显著改善（P＜0.05）.结论 音乐电疗可明显改善护航官兵的情绪和精神.Objective To investigate the effects of music electrotherapy on the mental health and stress of the commissioned and enlisted convalescent people taking part in the convoy missions in the Gulf of Aden.Methods The health-promotion music electrotherapy instrument developed in our sanatorium was used in the treatment of those commissioned and enlisted convalescent people taking part in the convoy missions in the Gulf of Aden,once a day,30 min a session and 10 sessions a treatment course.The Self Rating Scale （SCL-90）,the Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire （CERQ） were used to detect the above parameters both before and after treatment,with special emphasis on the observation of their mental health and stress status.Results Eighty-eight commissioned and enlisted convalescent people,among whom 43 people were in the experimental group and 45 people were in the control group,all completed their convalescent treatment profile according to schedule.Mental health detection indicated that their mental health status all improved significantly,when comparisons were made between pretreatment and post-treatment.For scores of the SCL-90 scale,with the exception of hostility and mental status,other 11 factors all decreased significantly （P ＜ 0.05）.The scores of SDS decreased significantly （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusions Music electrotherapy could significantly improve the emotional,spiritual status and daily life quality of the commissioned and enlisted convalescent people taking part in the convoy missions in the Gulf of Aden.
