摘　　要：通用管片是目前国内外应用较广的隧道衬砌形式,宁波轨道交通工程结合宁波软土的地质特性,以及设计轴线的要求,采用了16点位的通用管片。通过对宁波轨道交通工程通用管片现场作业的调研,该文总结了宁波轨道交通工程中通用管片的施工经验,研究分析了通用管片的选型技术,并得出了管片排版与纠偏的设计思路,实现了人工管片选型验算,对采用通用管片施工的工程具有重要的参考价值。The universal segment is the tunnel lining form more widely used at home and abroad now. Based on the geological feature of soft soil and the requirements of design axis in Ningbo, 16-point universal segment is used in Ningbo Rail Traffic Project. According to the investigation and study of the universal segment field construction of Ningbo Rail Traffic Project, the article sums up the construction experience of universal segment in Ningbo Rail Traffic Project, studies and analyzes the selection technology of universal segment, and achieves the design ideas of segment arrangement and correction to realize the artificial segment selection check, which has the important referring value for the engineering construction of universal segment.
