摘  要:借助流体力学软件FLUENT,利用标准紊流模型,对广州某污水处理厂平流式二沉池在不同回流比和吸泥机位于不同位置时的流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:沉淀池进水端存在两个涡流区,当吸泥机与进水口距离小于25 m时,涡流区体积占二沉池总体积百分比由回流比R=0时的10%增加到R=2.0时的25%,当二者距离大于25 m时,涡流区体积基本不受回流比影响;吸泥机前混合液水平流速大于吸泥机后混合液水平流速,且吸泥机前流速随回流比增加而增加,吸泥机后混合液流速不受污泥回流影响,基本恒定。With the help of the fluid mechanics software FLUENT,the typical turbulence model is used to carry out the numerical simulation of flow profile in a plain-flow secondary settlement tank under the conditions of the different return ratios and the different positions of sludge sucking machine in a wastewater treatment plant of Guangzhou.The result shows that there are two eddy zones at the influent end of settlement tank.When the distance from the sludge sucking machine to influent inlet is less than 25 m,the volume of eddy zone increases from 10%at return ratio R=0 to 25%at R=2.0 occupying the total volume percentage of secondary settlement tank.When the distance of the both is larger than 25 m,the volume of eddy zone is basically not affected by return ratio.The horizontal velocity of wastewater in the front of sludge sucking machine is larger than at the back of sludge sucking machine.The velocity in the front of sludge sucking machine increases with the increment of return ratio,and the wastewater velocity at the back of machine is not affected by sludge return and is basically constant.
