摘　　要：形成权存在的根本原因,在于它是普世价值的必要形式。而这套价值观念最初是以形而上学的形式呈现在人们面前的,显得没有存在的意义。但事实上,价值的普遍性与形成权的特殊性一直有机的融合在一起。只是未被发现罢了。对形成权制度与价值体系之间关系的研究,也就是揭示这种必然的联系。The root cause of the formation of the right to exist, that is necessary to form a universal value. The initial set of values presented in the form of metaphysics in front of people, it is no meaning of existence. But in fact, the universality and particularity of the value of the right have formed organically together, just undiscovered. Research on the relationship between the formation of the right system and the value system, which is necessarily linked to reveal this.
