摘　　要：《刑法修正案(七)》规定的侵犯公民个人信息犯罪分为出售、非法提供公民个人信息罪和非法获取公民个人信息罪两个罪名。如果两种犯罪案件是涉军刑事案件,应区分案件情况分别由军队保卫部门、军事法院、军事检察院等军队司法机关办理。地方监狱和军事监狱对也享有一定的刑事管辖权。对互涉案件,根据地方司法机关之间、军事司法机关之间、军地司法机关之间有关管辖分工或者互涉案件的规定办理。The crime of infringing upon citizen personal information was added in the Amendments to the Criminal Law（seven） which includes the crime of selling and illegally providing citizen personal information and the crime of illegally obtaining citizen personal information. If two kinds of cases are criminal cases pertaining to army, it should be handled by military judicial organs, such as military security department, military court and military procuratorate on the basis of distinguishing different cases. The local prison and military prison also have certain criminal jurisdiction. In terms of the cases involving army and non-army factors should be handled according to the jurisdiction division or stipulation on involved cases among local judicial organs, military judicial organs or local and military judicial organs.
