摘  要:天津高银117大厦结构高度为584m,高宽比为9.5,是目前国内在建的结构高度最高、最细柔的超高层建筑之一。塔楼采用钢筋混凝土核心筒-巨型框架支撑结构体系。立面巨型支撑跨多层分区布置,且与承重结构分离,底部大堂人字支撑自由长度达48m。针对巨型支撑的特殊布置形式,从概念出发,采用了屈曲约束支撑(Buckling Restrained Brace,简称BRB)代替普通支撑。优化方案解决了超长巨型支撑系统在罕遇地震作用下易屈曲失稳问题,确保了支撑筒的刚度和承载力,为塔楼提供第2道抗震防线,也间接降低了结构造价。缩尺试验结果表明,该工程低屈服强度软钢与常规合金钢混合芯材组成的BRB可以满足设计性能要求。最后,对该巨型支撑的设计要点进行了总结和思考,可为类似工程的设计提供参考。Tianjin 117Tower is one of the tallest and slenderest buildings under construction in China.It is 584min structural height,and the height-to-width ratio is 9.5.Reinforced concrete core-mega braced frame system is adopted to resist wind load and earthquake action.Divided by zones,the mega braces cross several floors and are separating from the gravity resistant system.The length of V-shaped braces in the lobby is about 48m.Due to the special layout of the brace system,buckling restrained braces(BRBs)are used instead of conventional braces.The optimized scheme is applied to solve buckling problems of super-long braces.BRB ensures rigidity and strength of the braced tube,provides second path to resist earthquake and reduces the cost of construction.Reduced-scale tests demonstrate the validity of the BRB with core material made of low-yield point steel combined with normal alloy steel.At last,the key issues in the design of mega braces are summarized and can be used as a reference to similar designs.
