消疕膏治疗血热型银屑病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察消疕膏对血热型银屑病的治疗效果及安全性。方法采用随机、对照的方法,将90例患者分为中药组、西药组、安慰剂组各30例。中药组采用外用消疕膏治疗;西药组外用0.025%维A酸乳膏治疗;安慰剂组外用凡士林治疗。每日2次,4周为1个疗程,每2周访视1次,观察记录银屑病面积、疾病严重程度指数评分(PASI评分)和中医证候的改善情况,以及药物安全性。结果完成试验者86例,中药组29例、西药组29例、安慰剂组28例。中药组和西药组总有效率、愈显率无显著性差异;疗后PASI评分以及鳞屑、浸润单项评分中药组、西药组自身均较疗前有显著性降低(P<0.05),此2组组间比较无差异。各组均未观察到明显不良反应。结论消疕膏治疗血热型银屑病有效且安全。Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Xiaobi Paste on blood-neat type psonasis. Methods Patients （n=90） were divided into Chinese medical group, Western medical group and placebo group （each n=30）. Chinese medical group was externally given Xiaobi Paste, Western medical group, 0.025% Tretinoin Cream, and placebo group, petroleum jelly, twice a day and a therapeutic course was 4r weeks. One visit every two weeks was given to observe and record the scores of psoriasis area and severity index （PASI）, improving situation of TCM syndrome integrals and medicinal safety. Results There were 86 cases in total completed the trial, 29 in Chinese medical group, 29 in Western medical group and 28 in placebo group. The total effective rate and significant effective rate had no significant difference between Chinese medical group and Western medical group. The scores of PASI decreased significantly （P〈0.05） after treatment in Chinese medical group and Western medical group, and had no difference between 2 groups. The single scores of scales, infiltration and erythema had significant difference before and after treatment. No obvious reverse reactions were observed in any group. Conclusion Xiaobi Paste is effective and safe in treatment of blood-heat type psoriasis.
