固体培养铁皮石斛原球茎化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究固体培养的铁皮石斛原球茎的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱法,分离化学成分,根据理化性质和MS、NMR等技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从固体培养的铁皮石斛原球茎甲醇提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:3-羟基-24-亚甲基-环羊毛脂烷(1),3,5-二羟基-24-甲基-环羊毛脂烷(2),3,5-二羟基-环羊毛脂烷(3),β-谷甾醇(4),豆甾醇(5),N-阿魏酰基酪胺(6),反式对羟基桂皮酸(7)和阿魏酸(8)。结论:化合物1,2,3和6均为首次从石斛属植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of solid cultured Dendrobium officinale protocorms. Methods： The chemical constituents were isolated using silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Results： Eight compounds have been isolated form methanol extract of induced protocorms, and were identified as cyclolanostane-3-ol, 24-methylene （ 1 ）, cyclolanostane-3,25-diol-24-methyl （ 2 ） , cyclolanostane-3, 25-diol （ 3 ）, fl-sitosterol （ 4 ）, stigmasterol （ 5 ）, N-feruloyhyramine （ 6 ）, trans-p- hydroxycinnamic acid （ 7 ） and ferulic acid （ 8 ）. Conclusion： Compounds 1,2,3 and 6 were isolated from Dendrobium for the first time.
