摘　　要：目的：建立玫瑰石斛HPLC特征图谱.方法：采用ZORBAX SB-Aq色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2％甲酸,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL＆#183; min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长270 nm.结果：建立了12批玫瑰石斛HPLC特征图谱,标记出41个共有峰,相似度为0.901～0.986.结论：该法稳定可靠、重复性好,为玫瑰石斛的鉴别提供依据.Objective： To establish HPLC characteristic spectrum of Dendrobium crepidatum. Methods： Chromatographic separation was performed on ZORBAX SB-Aq column at 30 ~C, eluted with acetonitrile and 0. 2% methanoic acid in a gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL＇min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. Results： The HPLC characteristic spectrum of Dendrobium crepidatum was constructed with 41 common specific chromatographic peaks, and the similarities were 0.901 ~ 0. 986. Conclusion： The method is accurate, reliable and with good reproducibility. It can be used to identify Dendrobium crepidatum.
