摘 要:目的:选育高产优质黄芪新品种.方法:采用母系选育法,以产量和品质性状为主要指标,从蒙古黄芪变异群体中筛选优良单株,考察历代选育材料,开展了品系比较、鉴定和区域试验.结果:选育的黄芪新品系JX08-5-1主茎黄绿色,平均茎粗3.6 mm,叶小,叶数多,花序和有效荚果数少,全果皮乳白色,种子扁肾形.两年生根长50 ~ 120 cm,直径0.51 ~20.5 mm,单根干重21.51 g.黄芪甲苷含量0.174%,质量优于2010年版《中国药典》规定标准.2008 ~ 2009年品系比较试验亩产674.5 kg,较蒙古黄芪(对照)增产20.1%(P<0.05).2011 ~2012年多点区域试验增产效果也极其明显,较对照增产18.9%.结论:选育的黄芪新品系JX08-5-1具有高产、优质等优点,适于西北地区种植,达到了选育的目的.Objective: To breed new astragalus membranaceus strains with high yield and good quality. Methods: Maternal breeding method was applied to, and the superior individuals were selected from astragalus membranaceus variation group in Mongolia based on the main target that is the characters of yield and quality. All the breeding material was investigated; the experiments of comparative and qualification along with strains regional test were carried out. Results: The main stems of bred new strain of the JX08-5-1 were yellowish green, and average stem diameter was 3.6mm with small but much more leaves. It had little inflorescence and pod number with its peel totally ivory, and the grains were flat kidney shaped. The root length of two years old was 50 -120 cm, with diameter and per dry root were respectively 0. 51 -20. 5 mm and 21.51 g. There was 0. 174% astragaloside IV contained in the dried roots, which achieved better qualities than standards of 'Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010'. The result of strain comparative test between 2008 and 2009 showed that the converted and per mu yield of JX08-5-1 reached 674. 5 kg and was increased by 20. 1% compared with the Mongolia' s (the check) ; effect of increasing yield in multi regional test between 2011 and 2012 was extremely obvious that was increased by 18. 9% compared with the Mongolia' s. Conclusion: The bred new strain of the JX08-5-1 had both good yield and medicinal value, which was suitable for planting in Northwest China and also has accomplished the goal of breeding.
