医院药房常见拆零药品稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的通过对选定药品拆封后置于原包装瓶的外观和含量分析,对拆零药品的管理、存放、使用提出合理的建议,保证医院用药的安全。方法将选定药品在规定环境下分装留样,按规定时间进度进行含量测定,并观察外观变化。结果药房中拆封后置于原包装瓶的马来酸氯苯那敏片、富马酸酮替芬片和氨茶碱片、维生素C片,在各自观察时间内标示量保持稳定,这些药物的药品有效期可视为与原包装标示的有效期一样。结论在医院药房,只要严格按照《药品经营质量管理规范》进行拆零药品销售,无论药品的化学性质如何,都可保证留存在原包装瓶内药品的有效期与原包装标示的有效期基本一致或药品质量基本不变。Objective Based on the appearance and content analysis of selected drugs in the opened original packaging bottle, put forward reasonable suggestions to the dismantle medicines management, storage, use, ensureing the hospital drug safety. Methods Pack and sample the selected drugs in the specified environment, and determine the content and observe the changes in appearance according to the prescribed time schedule. Results The labelled amounts of chlorphenamine Maleate, ketotifen fumarate tablets, aminophylline tablets and vitamin C tablets in opened original packaging bottle in the pharmacy remained stable at each observation time, indicating that the effective periods of these medications can be regarded as consistent with the original packaging period. Conclusion In the hospital pharmacy, as long as the dismantle drug sale is in strict accordance with“Good Supply Practice”, no matter how the chemical properties of the drug, it can be regarded that the drug remained in the original packaging bottle has the same period as the original packaging period or that the drug quality remains unchanged.
