《伤寒杂病论》心身疾病诊疗方法浅析

摘　　要：[目的]探析《伤寒杂病论》中有关中医心身疾病学的理论,以期指导临床诊疗。[方法]通读《伤寒杂病论》,借助计算机技术,运用文献法筛选出心身疾病相关内容,并进行总结与分析。[结果]仲景以"烦""狂""谵语""欲、喜、嗜、恶"等词来描述生理疾病时的心理表现,如以"烦"的发作时间、兼证、程度来判定疾病的病因、病机、病情、病势等;此外,在《金匮要略》中还专门对百合病、奔豚气病、癫狂病、惊悸、失眠、脏躁、诈病等心身疾病做了详细阐述,如百合病的主要病机为心肺阴虚内热,百脉受病,以养阴清热为治疗大法,方用百合地黄汤。[结论]仲景《伤寒杂病论》对心身疾病有较为系统的阐述,其不仅擅以异常心理现象为依据进行辨证,而且确立了常见心身疾病理、法、方、药的辨治体系,这些阐述至今仍有较高的理论及临床价值。[Objective] To enrich the theories of psychosomatic medicine of TCM and guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment through summarizing and analysing the literature of psychosomatic diseases in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases. [Method] To read the book thoroughly. By means of literature research method and computer technology, col ecting a number of relevant documents for refining. [Results] “Vexation”, “Mad”,“Delirious Speech”and other words are used to describe the psychological performance. In adition, Zhongjing detailedly expounded the psychosomatic diseases such as Baihe disease, Bentunqi disease, depressive psychosis and so on. [Conclusion] On the one side, Zhongjing was good at syndrome differentiation according to abnormal psychological phenomena. On the other hand, he established the system of differentiation and treatment of psychosomatic diseases. The theories stil have great clinical value now.
