咽炎汤治疗肺肾阴虚型慢性咽炎的疗效(附120例疗效对比报告)

摘　　要：[目的]观察咽炎汤治疗肺肾阴虚型慢性咽炎(chronic pharyngitis,CP)的临床疗效。[方法]选取2011年1月至2013年1月浙江中医药大学附属湖州中医院就诊肺肾阴虚型CP病人120例,随机法将其分成60例为治疗组,60例为对照组;分别采用咽炎汤、金果饮治疗14d后,比较两组疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为80.00%,对照组总有效率为63.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]咽炎汤治疗肺肾阴虚型CP疗效明显,值得临床推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yanyan Decoction on treating yin deficiency of lung and kidney chronic pharyngitis. [Methods] 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group（60 cases） which treated with Yanyan Decoction and control group（60 cases） which treated with Jinguo drink.[Results] The total effective power was 80.00% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group.Two groups of patients total effective rates had difference of statistical meaning.[Conclusion] The effect of Yanyan Decoction in the treatment of yin deficiency of lung and kidney chronic pharyngitis is significant, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
