股骨干骨折临床用血量研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨股骨干骨折切复固定不同年龄组手术患者用血情况。方法:选择2007-01-2011-06股骨干骨折患者627例,其中男466例,女161例,按年龄分为8组:幼儿期组(88例);童年期组(48例);青春期组(35例);青年期组(69例);壮年期组(206例);老年前期组(94例);老年期组(73例);高龄期组(14例)。调查患者的手术持续时间、术中失血量、术后引流量、术中及术后输血总量。结果:分析不同年龄组的平均手术时间,术中平均失血量,术后平均引流量和术中、术后平均输血量。结论:各项指标随着年龄的增加均有所延长和增加。Objective： To investigate the femoral shaft fracture fixed cutting complex in different age groups of operation patient blood. Method ： January 2007-June 2011 in our hospital for femoral shaft fracture in 627 cases, among which 466 cases were male, 161 female, age were divided into 8 groups： early childhood group （88 cases） childhood period group （48 cases） ; adolescent group （35 cases）; the youth group （69 cases） ; mature period group （2 0 6 cases ） ; senile group （ n = 9 4 ） ; old age group （ 7 3 cases ） ; old age group （ 1 4 cases ）. Survey of patients with the duration of operation, intraoperative blood loss volume, postoperative drainage volume, intraoperative and postoperative blood transfusion in total. Result： Early childhood adolescence group; group; group; the youth group; prime group; senile group; senile group; old age group mean operation time are respectively （ml） 198, 283, 404, 481, 697, 677, 561, 375; median intraoperative blood loss were （ml） 198, 283, 404, 481, 697, 677, 561, 375; the mean postoperative drainage volume were （ml） 35, 39, 91, 116, 131, 162, 202, 194： intraoperative and postoperative average blood transfusion were （ml） 200, 300, 600, 800, 1200, 1 100, 1000, 500. Conclusion：Operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, intraoperative and postoperative blood transfusion in total increased with age are lengthened and increased.
