摘 要:目的掌握内蒙古新蚤属的种类、分布、宿主及鼠疫流行病学意义,为内蒙古蚤类的防制提供其可参考的科学依据。方法采用现场调查和查阅历史资料的方法进行分析,蚤类鉴定按刘俊、石杲主编的《内蒙古蚤类》进行鉴定。结果内蒙古新蚤属发现6种蚤类。结论在内蒙古新蚤属的6种蚤类中,近代新蚤东方亚种是内蒙古高原长爪沙鼠鼠疫疫源地和锡林郭勒高原布氏田鼠鼠疫自然疫源地的主要媒介。二齿新蚤、阿巴盖新蚤是疫源地的次要媒介,其它染疫者可视为偶然媒介。Objective Making an analysis of types, distribution and host of Neopsylla genus and the meaning of the plague epidemiology is to offer a scientific basis for the defending of fleas in Inner Mongolia. Methods This analysis is based on the methods of on-the-spot investigations and reviewing of historical data. The identify of fleas is according to "Fleas in Inner Mongolia" by LIU-Jun, SHI-Gao. Results Six fleas have been found in Neopsylla genus in Inner Mongolia. Conclusion Considering six fleas found in Neopsylla genus in Inner Mongolia, Neopsylla pleskei orientalis is the main medium in Meiiones Unguiculataus plague foci of the Inner Mongolia plateau and Lasiopodomys brandtii plague foci of the Xilin Gol grassland of Inner Mongolia. Neopsylla bidentatiformis and Neopsylla abagaitui are minor medium, and other pestilence-infected person can be seen as occasional medium.
