摘 要:基于系统、信息与控制的观点 ,认为对于水驱多层砂岩油田系统来说 ,注水是系统主要控制因素 ,并且具有不可间断的连续性 (周期注水是以注水量的平衡保证连续注入的效果 )。由于注水压力的高低、注水量的多少所引起地层中孔隙水压的大小与套管安危是密切相关的 ,于是人们注意并致力于合理注水压力的研究 ,寻求对油田系统的最佳控制。然而 ,由于人们对水驱多层砂岩油田合理注水压力概念的理解与定义上的差别 ,实践表明其控制效果差别也很大。重新定义了油田合理注水压力 ,强调保证油田生产设备 (套管 )的安全是确定合理注水压力的重要前提。同时根据对大庆油田水驱开发过程中注水压力、原始地层压力与套管损坏速度关系研究 ,认为油田合理注水压力应保持在原始地层压力水平 ,低于原始地层压力不利于获得最大产液量 ,高于原始地层压力容易导致套管损坏 ,从长远观点看更不利于系统获得最大产液量。Basing on the view of system,information and control,this paper proposes that,for the waterflooded multi layer sandstone oilfield system,water injection is a main controlling factor with a non interrupted continuity (cyclic water flooding ensures the effect of continuous injection by the equilibrium of injection rate).The pore water pressure in the formation caused by water flooding pressure and injection rate is closely related to the safety of casing,so reasonable water flooding pressure is studied to find an optimized control on oil field system.However,different people have different interpretation and defination on the concept of reasonable water injection pressure in the water flooding of multi layer sandstone oil fields,and experiment shows it has different controlling effects.This paper redefinites the reasonable water injection pressure of oil fields,and emphasizes that ensuring the safety of production facility (casing) is an important condition to determine the reasonable water injection pressure.According to the study on the water injection pressure,original formation pressure and casing damaging rate in the process of the waterflooding development of Daqing Oil Field ,it proposes that reasonable water injection pressure should be kept in the level of original formation pressure.The pressure which is lower than the original formation pressure is not benefit for obtaining the highest produced fluid,and the pressure which is higher than the original pressure may cause the damaging of the casing and is also not benefit for obtaining the highest produced fluid.
