摘  要:我国目前对风景园林硕士研究生的培养模式主要以单导师制为主,受导师来源的局限性影响,单导师培养模式具有很大的片面性与单一性。社会经济与城乡建设的发展对风景园林专业硕士研究生的综合素质提出了更高的要求,发展多导师培养模式迫在眉睫。本文主要对风景园林硕士多导师培养模式进行了探讨。本文阐述的多导师培养模式的组建主要以"责任导师"为主、"副导师群"为辅,在多导师培养模式的运行和管理过程中强调规范的管理和定期的监督测评,防止流于形式。并以山东建筑大学为试点,对此模式进行了探索和实践,为我国硕士研究生多导师培养模式提供了理论依据和实践经验。This paper discussed the mode of multi-master tutor for training landscape master. Current Master of Landscape Architecture in the training mode mainly single mentoring and was affected by the limitations of sources, such as tutors, mentors training mode single-sided, which had great unity. Social and economic development and the overall quality of urban and rural construction put forward higher requirements for Landscape postgraduates, the development of multi-tutor training model is imminent. The formation of multi-tutor training model described in this paper is mainly to explain "responsibility mentor" main "deputy mentor group" supplement, emphasized standardized management and regular supervision of the evaluation process in the operation and management of multi-tutor training mode, to prevent the flow in the form. And Shandong Jianzhu University as a pilot, this mode of exploration and practice, provided a theoretical basis and practical experience for the students who study multi-master tutor training model in China.
