互联网金融视阀下我国股权众筹法律规制的完善

摘　　要：互联网金融是当今经济社会一股不可逆的时代浪潮,其中股权众筹作为一种新兴的融资模式尤为引人注目。然而,在我国股权众筹兴起并迅速"蹿红"的过程中却存在诸多法律风险,相关的法律规制亟待完善。文章在分析我国股权众筹的发展现状及法律风险的基础上,对美国《JOBS法案》中有关股权众筹的规定进行解读,之后提出富有针对性的完善建议,以期使我国股权众筹在金融变革的时代中能够健康、有序、蓬勃地发展。Internet finance is a trend in contemporary economy and the public raising of equities, as a new co -financing model, is particularly eye - catching. Nevertheless, risks exist and the relevant laws and regulations should be perfected. Based on an analysis of China＇ s situation concerned and an interpretation of American JOBS Act, this paper offers suggestions for improvement.
