摘  要:为监测高功率脉冲电源的工作状况,设计、制作了13 MJ大功率脉冲电源的诊断系统。该系统由Rogowski电流互感器、高压探针、光电隔离仪和PXI总线数据采集系统及运行软件组成,能够检测到每个电源模块的工作状况,可以迅速判断出发生故障的功率组件。放电电流信号的采用Rogowski电流互感器测量,充、放电电压信号使用高压探针测量;数据采集系统由1台测试主机和11台测试子机组成主从网络结构,以满足分布式测量需求;并使用LabVIEW语言编写了采集和处理软件。通过测量220个电源模块放电电流、11个电源组汇流器放电电流和11个电源组充、放电电压等参数,该系统可实时监控13 MJ脉冲电源的运行状况,及时发现发生故障的电源模块和功率组件。大量运行实验表明该系统可靠性高,操作简便和工作效率高,其设计可供未来的类似系统参考。Aiming at managing the operation of high-power pulsed power supplies, we designed and manufactured a power diagnosis system for a 13 MJ pulsed power supply. The system is comprised of Rogowski coil, high voltage probe, DC fiber optic links, LabVIEW based DAQ system of PXI bus, and operation system. It can examine the work condition of each power module in the pulsed power system, and can quickly locate the breakdown component of a power module. We measured pulsed current signals and high-voltage signals using Rogowski coils and high voltage probes, respectively. The DAQ system, which has a subordinate network structure and is composed of one test host and eleven sets of test son machine, fulfils the measurement requirements of the 13 MJ power system. Additionally, we built the acquisition and processing sottware in LabVIEW environment. Through measuring the pulsed current signals of 220 power modules and 11 power junction stations, as well as charging voltage and discharging voltage signals of 11 power suits, the proposed system is able to monitor the whole working process of the 13 MJ pulsed power supple and detect any breakdown com- ponent or the power module immediately. A number of operations of the 13 MJ system and the diagnosis system prove that the proposed system is highly reliable, flexible, and efficient. The system could be taken as a reference for further de- signs of diagnosis systems for pulsed power supplies.
