摘 要:比较了早期装备工程和基于体系的装备工程特点和研究方法,提出基于体系工程视角的装备工程能力驱动机制与构建问题;综合考虑装备体系的属性、特征和能力需求等因素,建立了装备品质的概念,形式化描述体系单元和体系单元配置,提出基于装备品质的体系单元及其配置优选算法;以能力系统表征驱动机制,设计了"自底向上"的装备工程体系构建总算法和策略,并验证了算法有效性和可操作性;以期支撑、完善装备工程体系构建和实施技术。This paper compares the characteristics and research method of the early equipment engineering and that of the equipment engineering based on System of Systems (SOS), and puts forward the ability-driven mechanism and construction problem of the equipment engineering on the perspective of Systems Engineering (SoSE). The concept of quality of equipment (QoE) is created through comprehensive consideration of the factors of equipment engineering System of Systems, such as property, features, and ability requirements. The SoS units and the SoS unit configuration are formally described, and an optimized algorithm for the SoS units and the SoS unit configuration based on the QoE is proposed The ability system is brought up to represent the driving mechanism, and an overall algorithm and strategy for the construction of the “bottom-up”equipment engineering system of systems is designed Then the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed algorithm are verified, so as to support and improve the technical of construction and implementation of the equipment engineering system.
