摘　　要：在分析测量船测控通信任务联调模式的基础上,运用运筹学方法,提出了从联调的全面性、正确性、严密性等方面对联调质量进行评估的方法,构建了质量评估数学模型;通过定量的方式对实际任务联调情况进行评估应用,使联调演练质量效果评估更加直观、便捷,为提高任务准备效率和圆满完成任务提供了有力的辅助决策支持和保障。Based on analyzing the pattern of joint--exercise in the task of telemetry ship TT＆C and communication, the thesis uses the method of operational research, puts forward the method of evaluating for joint--exercise quality from the aspects such as tightance, correct ness and the overallness, founds quality evaluation mathematics model. Through the way of quantitative evaluation, it makes ioint--exercise quality more visual, and offers strong assist decision sustain and ensure for raising task prepare efficiency and completing task satisfactorily.
