机载嵌入式系统中多种机内自测试的软件设计

摘　　要：为增强机载嵌入式系统安全,提出了3种机内自测试方法;以国产天脉2型机载嵌入式操作系统与PowerPC系列较为先进的MPC8641处理器为软硬件平台,对三类测试运行时段、方法特点、功能及其接口进行分析说明;给出了以CACHE、系统时钟及NvRam测试为例的测试算法,阐述了1394子卡测试环境搭建,结果表明测试算法真实有效,能够检测多种错误;工程实践证明,在综合化的嵌入式环境下,多种测试更为健全,能够使嵌入式平台更为安全、降低嵌入式软硬件维护成本。To enhance the security of embedded systems onboard, three methods of build--in test are presented. Base on the platform of PowerPC MPC8641 processer and operating system AcoreOS653, the run time, methods Features, functions and interfaces of each test are analyzed. Examples of CACHE test, system timer test and NvRam test are proved and the test environment of the IEEE1394 interface card is expounded, the results prove that the algorithm is real and effective. Result of project practices indicates that multiple methods of build-- in test in integrated embedded systems are more sound and effective, could improve the security of embedded systems and reduce the cost of embedded hardware and software maintenance.
