苏州地区呼吸道患儿感染人类偏肺病毒的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨苏州地区儿童人类偏肺病毒的感染情况。方法采集呼吸道感染患儿的鼻咽部分泌物，采用实时荧光定量PCR技术，检测人类偏肺病毒，回顾性分析苏州地区六年来人类偏肺病毒的感染情况。结果17828例患儿共检出人类偏肺病毒感染1184例，阳性率为6．44％，男、女童感染率分别为6．79％和6．38％。结论男、女童之间的感染率差异无统计学意义，学龄前儿童感染率要高于学龄期儿童。Objective To explore the epidemiology of human metapneumovirus at Suzhou area Methods 17 827 nasopharynx secretion specimens of children with respiratory tract infection cases were collected in six years past,human metapneumovirus RNA were detected by real time RT-PCR, retrospective analysis the epidemiology of human metapneumovirus in Suzhou area. Results Among all nasopharynx secretion specimens 1184 （6.44%） cases were positive for human metapmeumovirus, the positive rate of male and female children were 6. 79% and 6.38% repectively. Conclusion There is no significant difference in the infection rate between the boys and girls, the preschool children had higher rate than school- age children.
