摘  要:对锻钢活塞摩擦焊接工艺进行了试验研究。测试了摩擦焊接头性能,分析了摩擦焊接过程中焊接参数变化的特点,讨论了其焊接接头的金相组织。指出该材料的摩擦焊接头町具有与母材等强甚至超强性能,是连接钢制活塞裙部与冠部的一种很好的工艺方法。摩擦焊接过程中主轴电机电枢电流有两个前峰值,滑台位移有两个平台。焊合区及近缝区组织为细小的针状马氏体组织,尤其焊合区马氏体针特别致密细小。母材中的硫化物夹杂对焊接接头有很大影响,是降低接头性能的主要原因。The friction welding process of forged steel piston was studied.The strengths of the friction welded joint were tested,and the characteristics of the welding parameters and the microstructure of welded joints were analyzed.The results showed that the friction welded joint could have the equivalent properties to or higher than that of the base metal.It is a good method to join the skirt and crown of the steel piston.In the welding process,there are two former peaks in spindle motor armature current and two platforms in displacement of slide platform.The microstructure of weld and its near zone is small needle martensite.Especially in weld zone,needle martensite is particularly dense and fine.Sulfide inclusions in base metal have a great influence on the welded joints,which is the main reason to reduce joint properties.
