摘 要:针对搅拌摩擦焊焊缝中常见的弱结合、未焊透、隧道型缺陷、孔洞缺陷等缺欠有效检测的需求,以及传统超声检测技术难以直观定量显示缺陷的弊端,开发了超声相控阵检测系统。试验结果表明,利用超声相控阵探测技术来直观地定性和定量分析缺陷,实现了全波采集,ABC扫描成像显示,动态闸门重构,并将检测图像与工件几何信息相结合,更有效发现和更精确的定位、定量搅拌摩擦焊缺陷。According to the effective detection of FSW defects,such as lack of fusion,tunnel type defects,weak bonding defects,the tunnel and the cavity,an ultrasonic phased array testing system was developed.However,the traditional ultrasonic testing technology seems a lack of ability in distinguishing and sizing these defects according to the simple A-scan signal.In order to overcome this difficulty,the ultrasonic phased array inspection system was developed for FSW weldments.In this ultrasonic phased array system,the inspection result can be displayed in both signal and picture modes combining with the three-dimensional geometry information of the weldment structure so that the defect typing and sizing can be evaluated more accurately and effectively than that in die traditional UT case.
