摘  要:目的:检测服用福美司坦(4-Hydroxyandrost-4-ene-3,17-dione,formestane)后人尿中内源性类固醇的浓度。方法:征集2名男性受试者。每位受试者分别口服100 mg福美司坦,并于服药后7天内收集14份尿样。测定尿样中内源性甾体激素的浓度。结果:服药后,尿样中福美司坦浓度迅速上升,并于2.5小时达到峰值。尿样中其它常规监测的甾体激素浓度虽有所波动,但均未呈现明显变化。尿样中的福美司坦浓度可在较长时间内提示外源性福美司坦的摄入。结论:尿样中的福美司坦浓度可作为兴奋剂常规检测中的特征性参数以监控福美司坦滥用。Objective Formestane is banned by WADA as an endogenous steroid. The aim of this study was to investigate the atypical steroid profile induced by formestane administration. Methods Two healthy young volunteers participated in this study. They administered orally a single dose of 100 mg of formestane, and 14 urine samples were collected within 7 days at various intervals after formestane administration. The urinary analyses were performed. Results Formestane concentration increased rapidly and reached its peak 2.5 hours after administration ,while the urinary concentrations of other steroids such as androsterone and etiocholanolone fluctuated in the normal range. The concentration of formestane could hint the exogenous administration of steroids within a longer period of time. Conclusion urinary concentration of formestane can be served as the characteristic parameter of steroid profile in doping test.
