摘 要:我国现阶段农业散户与农业大户之间存在的土地流转问题,主要表现为地租水平既不足以刺激农业散户的土地供给,又足以抑制农业大户的土地需求。作为地租上下限的农业大户与农业散户的土地产出水平倒挂或接近,是难以形成合理地租的深层原因;而农业大户的非企业生产者局限和生产力的缺失,致使其土地产出同农业散户一样低下,成为抑制地租上升、土地流转不畅的根本障碍。因此,包括农业大户在内的农业经营主体向资本经济的企业生产者飞跃,是实现土地流转和农业现代化的关键环节。In terms of the land circulation between large agriculture holders and retail agriculture holders , nowadays in China, low rents not only prevent the retail holders from renting their lands , but also restrain large holders′demands for more lands.What causes unreasonable land rentals is that the land productivity of the large holders is lower than or even close to the retail holders , although the rentals have reached upper or lower limit .The large holders are non -business producers and short of high productivity , leading to their productivity as low as the retail holders′, which turns to be an essential restriction from increasing rentals and easy circulation .Therefore, that agricultural operators should take a leap to become business producers of capital economy is a key to the realization of land circulation and agriculture moderniza -tion.
