麻风治愈患者外周血IL-2和Treg的观察

摘　　要：目的检测麻风治愈者外周血IL-2与Treg的水平,研究它们相互间的关系,探讨麻风患者治愈后机体免疫失衡的原因。方法采用流式细胞微球芯片捕获技术(CBA)及流式细胞仪分别检测26例麻风治愈者及25例正常对照组血清IL-2及外周血Treg细胞的水平。结果麻风治愈者血清IL-2[(545.95±229.76)pg/mL]高于对照组[(45.03±29.05)pg/mL],外周血Treg细胞[(38.442±4.7 618)%]高于正常对照组[(9.881±1.616 6)%],差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);麻风治愈者血清IL-2浓度与外周血Treg细胞水平呈负相关线性关系。结论麻风患者治愈后,机体的免疫功能仍未恢复正常,其免疫失衡可能与IL-2及Treg细胞之间的异常调控有关。Objective Through detecting the levels of Interleukin-2 and Regulatory T cells in cured leprosy patients, we aim to discover the relationship between them and to explore the immune imbalance in patients. Methods We used the cytometric bead arra and flow cytometry to test Interleukin-2 and regulation T cells in 26 cured leprosy and 25 normal persons. Results The concentration of serum IL-2 in cured leprosy patients [ （545.95 ± 229. 76）pg/mL] was higher than that in the normal people [ （45.03 ± 29. 05 ） pg/mL ] ; the percentage of regulatory T cells in cured leprosy patients [ （38.442 ± 4. 761 8 ）% ] was higher than normal people [ （9. 881 ± 1. 616 6）% ]. The correlation between IL-2 and Treg cells in cured leprosy was negative and line. Conclusion Although the leprosy patients had been cured, their immune function was abnormal which may related to the imbalance between IL-2 and Treg.
