环状皮肤损害的二期梅毒疹1例

摘　　要：患者女,18岁。全身起皮疹伴剧烈瘙痒2月余。皮肤科情况:左侧耳后、胸前和腹部散在分布十余个界清的胡豆大小淡红色环状隆起丘疹,中央萎缩,部分皮疹中央可见渗液,躯干部散在分布抓痕;左侧下颌可扪及两个绿豆大小的淋巴结。梅毒血清学检查:TPPA(+),RPR(1∶32)。诊断:二期梅毒。予3次规范苄星青霉素注射治疗后皮疹消退。An 18-year-old female had been suffered from skin lesions on body with acute itch for 2 mouths. Dermatolog- ical examination showed that several light red annular papules scattered on her left ear and body. The annu- lar papule had atrophy centre. Exudates were detected on some lesions. Some scab scattered on body; Two lymph nodes were touched at left lower jaw. Both treponema palladium particle assay （TPPA） and rapid plasma regain assay （RPR） appeared positive. The ratio of RPR was 1： 32. The case was diagnosed as sec- ondary syphilis. The skin lesions disappeared after three times of treatment with Benzedrine penicillin.
