摘　　要：患儿女,2岁。并趾及右下肢褐色斑片2年。患儿右眼比左眼小,右足2/3/4趾并趾及左足3/4趾并趾,右小腿屈侧可见沿Blaschko线分布的疣状增殖性褐色斑片,大腿根部及腋窝可见类似皮损。诊断:表皮痣综合征。A 2-year-old girl had presented with brown patch and syndactyly on the right side of lower extremity for 2 years. The right eye of the girl was smaller than her left one. She had syndactylies in her 2/3/4 toes of right foot and 3/4 toes of left foot. A dark brown verrucous hyperplasia patch presented on her fight lower extremi- ty, which followed Blaschko＇ s lines. Thighs and axillary were also involved with similar skin lesions. The di- agnosis of epidermal nevus syndrome was made.
