误诊为带状疱疹的肺癌皮肤转移1例

摘　　要：患者男,62岁。左胸部红斑、丘疹、结节伴疼痛1年。皮肤科情况:左侧胸部见带状红斑、丘疹,伴隐痛,还可见皮下结节及溃疡。皮损组织病理示:真皮内见大量异形上皮巢浸润性增生,肿瘤细胞呈腺管样排列,具有异形性,可见病理性核分裂像。诊断:皮肤转移性腺癌。胸部CT检查提示左肺周围型腺癌。A 62-year-old male patient presented with nodule, papule and painful plaque on his left chest for one year. The clinical manifestation showed that there were bandlike erythema, papules with aching feeling on the patient＇s left chest, gradually appearing nodules of subcutaneous, rupturing of papule then turning into ulcer- ation. Histopatholngy showed a large number of ＇abnormal epithelial cell nests invading hyperplasia in der- mis. The tumor cell mass arrayed into glandular with atypia, showing pathological mitosis. Biopsy revealed： skin metastatic adenocarcinoma. The patients with chest CT showed left lung pulmonary adenocarcinoma.
