液氮联合糠酸莫米松乳膏与氯碘羟喹治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎75例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察液氮联合糠酸莫米松乳膏及氯碘羟喹乳膏治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将入选的150例头皮脂溢性皮炎患者随机分两组,各75例。全部患者予糠酸莫米松乳膏与氯碘羟喹乳膏混匀后外搽,2次/d,治疗组还予液氮冷冻治疗,每28d一次,疗程均为6周。结果治疗结束后,治疗组有效率为89.33%,对照组为66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组症状体征评分低于对照组,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。临床治疗中有轻度不良反应,治疗组5例、对照组4例,都没有影响疗程,治疗安全可靠。结论液氮冷冻配合糠酸莫米松乳膏及氯碘羟喹乳膏治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的疗效可靠,安全性好,有临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of liquid nitrogen combined with mometasone furoate cream and clioquinol cream in the treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis. Methods Selected 150 scalp seborrheic dermatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups, 75 patients each. All the patients in both groups were given the mixture of mometasone furoate cream and clioquinol cream externally, twice per day. Addi- tionally, the treatment group was given extra liquid nitrogen once every 28 days. The length of treatment for both groups was 6 weeks; then the clinical effectiveness and safety for patients from both groups were com- pared. Results Within the 150 patients after the treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 89. 33% while the control group was 66. 67% with statistical significance （P 〈0. 05）. The score of symp- tom sign in treatment group was lower than that in control group and the effect of treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈0. 01 ）. There were mild side effects occurred in the clinical treatment, 5 in treatment group and 4 in control group, which didn＇t affect the treatment procedure. The treatment turned out to be reliable and safe. Conclusion Liquid nitrogen joining mometasone furoate cream and clioquinol cream treatment for scalp seborrhea dermatitis is of effective, reliable and safe. Therefore, the treatment is clinical- ly applicable.
