摘　　要：法律政策是国家政策最重要的形式之一,反腐败法律政策是一种特殊形式的法律政策。由于俄罗斯社会经济和政治发展处于转型期,腐败载体具有不确定性的特点,因此,在反腐败领域需要的不仅仅是国家制定一部完整的法律规范,还需要现代化的反腐败法律政策。Legal policy is one of the most important forms of the national policy, and the legal policy in the field of Anti-corruption is a special form of the legal policy. During the period of transition of socio-economic and political development in Russia, corruption carrier has the characteristics of uncertainty. Therefore, Russian Federation not only needs establish the integrated national legal norms in the field of anti-corruption, but also needs the modern anti-corruption legal policy.
